What is your return/exchange policy?
Unfortunately due to the outbreak of the Coronavirus we are NOT accepting returns at this time. You are able to exchange the same item for a different size ONLY.
NO exchanges on FINAL SALE items.
In the event that you are not satisfied with your item we will accept an exchange ONLY if the item has not been worn and has the hang-tag in tact within 30 days of when the item was delivered to you. Please contact email@example.com to approve an exchange. We reserve the right to deny any exchange without prior approval.

How can I make changes to my order once it's placed?

What if the post office loses my package?
Once the package has said delivered Label Villa is no longer liable for any missing packages. Please contact your local post office and submit a claim through your carrier.
